Situated at Jalandhar, Punjab, the Bharat Institute of Nursing Training was founded in the year 2005. This affiliated college is located at V.P.O Mudh, Tehsil Nakodar and occupies a 4-acre of land. The institute is affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and provides various nurses courses for female students only. The institute has a total population of 193 students for total faculty of 33; thus; the institute records comparatively acceptable student to faculty ratio for efficient teaching and learning.

For nursing the institute has however split 150 seats across the two programmes illustrating its determination in producing competent health care personnel.
