BVICAM Delhi: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management, Delhi is an affiliated college of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It was set up in the year of 2002. BVICAM Delhi is a co-educational institute located in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management, Delhi is approved by AICTE and UGC. BVICAM Delhi provides education in the stream of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Computer Applications and IT. The BVICAM Delhi has a campus spread across 0.5 acres of land. 

Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management offers courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. BVICAM Delhi provides well-qualified members and offers several amenities for the academic development of students. The campus includes Computer Science centres with 175 stations and an Internet laboratory. The library at BVICAM Delhi has over 8000 books, and subscriptions to more than 70 national and international journals.

The facilities at the institute include a gymnasium, cricket, volleyball and basketball ground. The auditorium at BVICAM Delhi provides seating for around 400 students and is used for conferences and other functions. Other facilities at Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management include separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls including a cafeteria, a health centre and a banking facility on the campus.

BVICAM Delhi offers a total of 3 programmes in full-time mode. The undergraduate courses at the institute include  BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and BA in Journalism and Mass Communication shift II course in full-time mode. At the postgraduate level, an MCA course is offered. The total approved intake for all courses is 360 with a seat intake of 120 per course. This selection of programmes addresses is based on eligibility criteria and the admission process followed by the institute.

At present, BVICAM Delhi offers its admissions through different exams which include Delhi CET/ NIMCET/ IPU CET. To enter into the MCA program admission is available through the NIMCET or IPU CET score obtained through the entrance examination. For admission to the BA Journalism and Mass Communication course, including the Shift II option, candidates are required to appear for  the Delhi Common Entrance Test (Delhi CET). After the entrance examination, students are required to appear for the counselling process at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The admission process of the institute has a proper time frame that is mostly following the university’s time frame.
