Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan, Mandi is an affiliated college established in 2006.  The institute is situated in the village of Baral, Karsog, Himachal Pradesh. Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan, Mandi is a co-educational institution spread across one acre of land and with the primary purpose of preparing professional educators. Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan, Mandi is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers a B.Ed programme with a seat enrolment of 100.  Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan has the strength of 13 faculty members and 150 students. 

The college has a variety of facilities that are intended to enrich the learning process and achievement in the college of the students. A well-stocked library is centrally located on the campus with a seating capacity of fifty students. The library contains a wide range of learning resources that include encyclopedias, rare books education books etc. The library also has subscriptions to magazines, journals newspapers to support the academic need of students. In lieu of practical learning, the college contains departmental laboratories and one full-fledged computer laboratory that has more than fifteen computers and broadband connections. 

Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan offers a full-time course that includes the two-year Bachelor of Education (B.ED) programme.  The B.Ed course has a course objective of producing professional teachers empowered with instructional skills to enable them to enhance the delivery of education.

The admission procedures followed at Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan is based on merit hence the school encourages competent students to join the B.Ed program. The college also offers different clubs which encourage the students to participate in activities outside the classroom thus enhancing co-curricular activities in the college.  The clubs at Bhardwaj Shikshan Sansthan, Mandi include the Science Club, Environment Club, Computer Club, and Red Ribbon Club.
