Bharti Vidyapeeth Teacher Training College was established in 2006 as an affiliated college at Gopalpura Phagi, Jaipur Rajasthan. This is a co-educational institute which occupies an area of 2.5 acres is mainly focused to produce teachers of future. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) approved the college and provides two specific programmes in teacher education. 

To support the educational process and contribute to the target students’ effective learning, the college has designed and equipped a variety of amenities. A repository with learning materials stocked to capacity is essential for teachers to strengthen the quantities of their contents. We have a health centre where the students are treated in cases of minor ailments within the compound. For comprehensive growth, sports facilities have also been available to the students. This institution also has perfect IT facilities as modern college should be capable of handling in terms of necessary equipment and technologies. Labs are completed for each department offering practical sessions as part of the curriculum and an auditorium for various courses, cultural programs, etc., gives a lively environment to the students.

Bharti Vidyapeeth Teacher Training College offers two full-time courses: Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The two years B.Ed programme has the capacity to admit one hundred students at a time and the D.El.Ed programme, a two-year course recognises fifty students per year. These programs are aimed at preparing student for effective practising in the school as teachers. The college has mainly concentrated on these two programs which enable the college to give a focused attention on the preparation of teacher graduates to meet the challenges that face the education sector.

The admissions for the course at Bharti Vidyapeeth Teacher Training College are strictly on Merit, basis the marks secured in the previous exam and/or the entrance exams conducted by the college. Admission to the B.Ed programme is done based on norms set down by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. The admission procedure of D.El.Ed is also governed by the norms made by the state government or UT administration. It also makes the process of selecting candidates for teachers’ college more rational ad uniform.
