Bharatiya Vidya Mandir College of Management Education Gwalior was established in the year 1997, is an affiliated college situated at Yamuna Nagar, Darpan Colony, Thatipur, Gwalior (M.P.). NCTE and AICTE are the organisations that have given their approval to the current institute. The college occupies 1-acre of land and admits only both male and female, meaning it takes a total of 198 students. Institute has a total faculty of 33 members and is offering the four different courses in four different degree programmes. They are Management, Education and Computer Applications as a way of catering for different doors of interest among students.

Hence, the college admits students and prepares them to embrace the challenge of embracing flexible learning with the following facilities. The library is located in a large hall; the stock in frames comprises more than 10 thousand books, journals, and periodicals. It is mechanised with book-bar-coding and runs on the Soul software to address its operational needs. This Columbia's computer centre has: 140 of Linux based systems/40 laptops free internet browsing services to students/faculties. Gymnasium, hall for meetings, conferences, etc., and wireless Internet access with WPA2-Enterprise security are available. The campus also consists of laboratories, canteen, guest house, health centre with first aid facilities. A placed training and placement cell provide the opportunity for the campus recruitment of the passing out students.

The courses offered by Bhartiya Vidya Mandir College of Management Education are total four courses out of which all are full time. The institute in total has been given approval to admit 310 students for all its programmes cumulatively. 

The admission procedure in Bhartiya Vidya Mandir College of Management Education differs in its type of course. Regarding the admission in B.ED. and D.EL.ED. programmes, admission will be made on merit thus, marks obtained in qualifying examination as well as entrance examination according to the policy of the state Government/UT administration and as per the university norms.
