Bhikaji Cama Subharti Institute of Hotel Management was established in the year 2009 as a constituent college exclusively meant for hospitality education. It is spread over a 250-acre campus at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. Its aims and objectives include providing quality education to students in the areas of hotel management and culinary arts. For that, it offers various courses to the aspiring hospitality professionals. The faculty's strength is 10 highly experienced persons who see that the students get all personal attention and guidance throughout.

It has an air-conditioned, well-stocked library of over 25,000 books, with 150 international journals, 250 national journals, and 400 e-journals. This is supplemented by the projector room, a reading room on its own, a seminar room, and a small cafe for coffee, thus perfectly complementing the learning environment. The courses are available at undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. levels with a total of 8 full-time courses. The courses available in the institute are Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, BSc in Culinary Arts, Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management, and Ph.D. in Hotel Management. The institute also offers diploma programmes in the fields of Food Production and Bakery, and Food and Beverage Service, so that the students can be expertly specialised in these very important hospitality industry areas.
