The Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College, established in 2002, is the only law college in Bengaluru that focuses on providing legal education exclusively for women. It aims to instil the values of women's rights and empower young girls. Managed by CSITA Karnataka Central Diocese, BCWCLC Bangalore is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University, Hubli.
Bishop Cotton Law College in Bangalore offers a range of law programmes for aspiring students. These courses include LLB, BA LLB, and BBA LLB. LLB is a 3-year undergraduate programme, while BA LLB and BBA LLB are five-year integrated programmes that combine a bachelor's degree with a law degree. To be eligible for Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College admission to any of these programmes, Aspiring students must meet certain academic requirements. They are required to have obtained a minimum of 45% in their class 12 or Graduation examinations. Admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination (class 12 or Graduation).
