Bishop Jesudasan CSI Arts and Science College is a college based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, which was founded in 2017, as an institution that is still in its developmental stage but that has the noble aim of building its students into the future generation. The affiliated college is located in the beautiful place call Mulayara, Vilappilsala and within very short span of time it has come up as a main stream college in the region. At the moment, the college has 415 learners and is staffed by 12 faculty and instructional staff, making it have a small-learner-faculty ratio that enables direct student-faculty interaction. The institution offers three full time undergraduate programmes offered over two major programs of study in Economics, English, and Commerce for motley of interests.

The college has available features that are intended to improve the students’ college experience as well as assist with academics. Central to these services is the college library which besides being a storehouse of information has been fully automated. Accommodating a wealth of books, journals and non-book materials, the library uses MODERNLIB integrated library management software to make all the resources available for use by all students. The college also values students’ health and provides satisfactory sporting amenities to enable students to get a balance between the classroom environment and sports activities. When there are breaks between lessons, a canteen balances the need in food and beverages with the opportunity to communicate between teachers and children. That is why the college successfully equip students for the contemporary world by providing the qualitative IT tools that play an essential role in the present educational system.

Bishop Jesudasan CSI Arts and Science College currently offers three undergraduate courses that are all full-time courses and that have been extensively developed to cater for the need of the students and offer them the best foundation in the various fields they wish to venture into. The B.Com in Tax Procedure and Practice, BA in English and BA in Economics each takes a three year duration which is in line with the college’s philosophy of imparting quality arts and commerce education.
