BR College of Education, Dholpur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

BR College of Education was established in 2008 and is an affiliated college based in Sarkan Kheda, Dholpur, Rajasthan. This co-education college is recognised by both the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the state and is principally focused on the teacher education. Located on a total area of approximately 1 acres, the college has at the moment has a student population of 299 and a faculty of 16. BR College of Education has three degrees that it offers to students with a focus on teaching at different levels of education.

To improve the students learning and developmental needs, BR College of Education offer a number of amenities as listed below. The learning resources available include a library where most academic requirements are found, and departmental laboratory where more practical experiences are engaged. The hall and auditorium facilities are provided to conduct any special seminars and other academic activities are encouraged. The college's programmes include three full time courses for the certification of teachers in the society. That was why the framework that was adopted in development of the present programme allows a graduate to teach having both the content knowledge and the pedagogy.

The admission to the BR College of Education is based on merit where marks obtained in the qualifying examination/s and/or entrance test will be given due consideration as per existing state government, UT administration, as well as the affiliated university norms. In the selection of candidates for the B.Ed programme, the performance in these assessments takes central place. The integrated BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed programmes looks at certain subjects as well as of pedagogy during enrolment.
