BR Harne College of Engineering and Technology, Thane was established in 2011. It is an affiliated college. The institute offers full-time BE degrees in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. It offers an ME in Structural Engineering at the postgraduate level. At the college level, there are diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The sanctioned intake for undergraduate engineering programmes is 330. The admission process in BRHCET is mainly based on performance in national and state-level entrance examinations. The college accepts JEE (Main) and MHT CET scores for the undergraduate programme.
