BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Siryani, Alwar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Siryani, Alwar, was established in 2011 and is one of the women’s college in Rajasthan. Located in Neemrana tehsil, this institution has been delivering education to female students for a decade now. The college has two programmes in its undergraduate level and at present, has a student population of one hundred and eighty-eight. The institute has a faculty of 7 dedicated teachers, allowing the student-teacher ratio to be ideal, which is beneficial for both students and faculty. Despite small in size, the college is committed to offering higher education to women with special attentions to women in the region.

BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya has various amenities put in place to complement the learning education of the students in the institution. The college library is a fully equipped multi-media resource centre with literature and reading materials, informative and recreational in nature. It adds a digital section that has internet connection to allow the students to perform research and use other resources with ease. Regarding physical development and recreation, it has facilities for sports such as kabaddi, kho-kho, table tennis, carrom, badminton and football. The campus contains also an auditorium for occasions and seminars in order to improve the academic and cultural life.

BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time undergraduate programmes. These three year courses offered are the Bachelor of Arts (BA), and the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). These programmes have to do with learners who wish to further their studies in arts and science colleges. This format allows flexible learning interactions and strongly bonded faculty-student relationships.

Like most institution, education and admission processes at BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya is fairly simple and merit based. Being one of the young generation institutions in Alwar, BR Mahila Mahavidyalaya is still in a process of its expansion and development with the main aim of educating women and providing them with as many employment chances as it can.
