Brindavan Institute of Teacher Education for women is affiliated college established in the year 2001 located at Ibrahimpatnam, Dist – Hyderabad, Telangana state. This institution provides teacher education and has a course called the Bachelor of Education or B.Ed., lays down the learning framework for teachers. Being affiliated with NCTE, the institute has a mission to produce future generation teachers. Presently, it has 16 dedicated professional faculties, that are providing quality education in its beautiful campus located on Nagarjuna Sagar Road.

Brindavan Institute of Teacher Education for women ultra modern facilities make it easy for the institute to facilitate the learning process of the students. CIU’s facilities include; A library with adequate resources is an essential centre of academic resources and offering smooth access to information in a networked community. The infrastructure includes computerised laboratories for each course meaning the student can practice what they learn on campus. For the social responsibilities of the institute, it has got its own dispensary with qualified staff and required medicines for the better health of the people of the community. IT is well developed including Wi-Fi throughout the campus so that the students stay connected this modern world. The institute also provides very good sports amenities for the students to practice and participate in different tournaments in Andhra Pradesh as for the institute believed that every student should maintain a balanced way of living.

Brindavan Institute of Teacher Education has only one course it offers, which is B.Ed, a programme that takes two years to complete fully as a full time. The institute has an approved capacity of one hundred students for this programme in order to ensure an appropriate student faculty ratio is achieved. 

Admission to Brindavan Institute of Teacher Education is on the basic of merit in accordance to the rules and regulations of the State Government, U.T. Administration and the University to which it is affiliated. Candidates are selected on merit by their performance in the qualifying examination and or entrance examination.
