Centurion University of Technology and Management, Balangir: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Centurion University of Technology and Management, Balangir (CUTM Balangir) is a constituent college which is established in the Rajib Nagar, Balangir, Odisha. This campus is one of those campuses in the Centurion University system and offers courses in multiple subject areas. The institute occupies a 15 acre land and offers a suitable learning atmosphere that enhances the development of the students. CUTM Balangir has 6 B.Tech programs in 5 degrees, along with 5 B.Pharma programs, 1 B.Sc, M.Tech , M.Sc and MCA. It is a technology and management oriented university but also provides education in sciences and pharmacy.

CUTM Balangir has all the essential amenities needed for the proper running of any academic institution and also for boosting the college life of students. The various facilities that the university has include a first rate central library in addition to separate hostel libraries for males and female students. For health and recreation, the university boasts a modern gym, well equipped sports amenities including a basketball court, swimming pool that meets international standards. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and thankfully students’ can use any device to connect to the internet and the LMS from any location within a campus. For health care, there is a clinic with professional doctors and nurses and a round the clock emergency transportation service – an ambulance. The university also provides additional facilities and services that make it easier to live around the institution; these include; an ATM machine, a cafeteria where varied meals of different cuisines are sold, and a grocery shop.

Courses are offered by CUTM Balangir in various disciplines of study, collecting a total of 13 courses in total. For example, the following are accredited undergraduate courses: B.Sc Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology and Information Technology; Professional programmes: BCA, B.Pharma, D.Pharma. At postgraduate level, the university provides M.Sc. Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Botany, and Zoology. All the courses offered are on full time basis in an effort to ensure a user is offered a well rounded education. As for the information regarding effective numbers of students per course, there is no clear and definite information; however, the broad array of programs demonstrated the university’s desire to cover wide fields of studies and occupations.

Admission policy and procedures of CUTM Balangir can still be mainly summarized by the examination called the Centurion University Entrance Examination (CUEE). This exam is a major(platform) that helps the aspiring students a chance to be admitted to probably any program in this University. CUEE is intended to measure the candidate’s ability and preparedness for programs of their choice of study. Although actual dates for the CUEE aren’t mentioned prospective candidate Sat exams are times to check the university website for the actual dates of the CUEE and the admission process.
