Ch Ishwar Singh Mahila Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Kaithal came into existence on 1993. It is a women's educational institution in Fatehpur-Pundri, Haryana. This affiliated college, permitted by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), is devoted to providing quality education in the field of teaching. Spread over a compact area of 3.2 acres, the institute presently has 178 enrolled students, all females. 

The institute boasts of offering facilities that increase learning experience for its students. A well-stocked library is availed in the campus for easy access by students. Students who are inclined towards physical fitness, a gymnasium is present for them. The college also has laboratories for practical learning. The auditorium is used for a variety of events and seminars, hence it is a seed area of lively campus life. The college also focuses on the health and well-being of students by facilitating a medical center to provide first aid.
