Ch Ishwar Singh Mahila Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Kaithal came into existence on 1993. It is a women's educational institution in Fatehpur-Pundri, Haryana. This affiliated college, permitted by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), is devoted to providing quality education in the field of teaching. Spread over a compact area of 3.2 acres, the institute presently has 178 enrolled students, all females. 

The institute boasts of offering facilities that increase learning experience for its students. A well-stocked library is availed in the campus for easy access by students. Students who are inclined towards physical fitness, a gymnasium is present for them. The Ch Ishwar Singh Mahila Shikshan Mahavidyalaya institute also has laboratories for practical learning.
