CH RR Memorial College of Education Ellenabad came into existence in the year 2007. This Haryana based co-educational college is the recognised affiliated institution of the National Council for Teacher Education. The college housing two programs of education with specialisation has a small campus, occupying 1 acres with the total enrolment into such courses limited to 399 students. With the experienced faculty of 28 educators and a good student-to-teacher ratio, the personal attention from teachers and maintained quality of instruction are very evident.

There is an excellent range of facilities that the college provides with well-planned services to make sure that the academic curricula are well-supported and enriched through a learning experience. A fully equipped library houses 6000 volumes of periodicals, reference books, and e-books, providing a rich source for academic pursuits. The commitment of the institution towards technology is further witnessed by a well-established ICT infrastructure, which has computers with internet facilities and other specialised equipment like ROT (Receive Only Terminal) and SIT (Satellite Interlinking Terminal). The college also offers indoor and outdoor sports facilities, along with a gym, for the all-round development of the students. The seminar hall can accommodate up to 250 students and is used for academic seminars and other activities. 

CH RR Memorial College of Education provides two full-time courses in the field of education. These programs are designed to give a student all the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in teaching. Admissions in CH RR Memorial College of Education will be granted based on merit in the qualifying examination and/or entrance exams.The college will be following the state government's policies and that of the affiliated university for admissions. As far as the B.Ed course is considered, the state government guidelines would be followed to get an admission based on the merit list prepared from the relative scores in the qualifying examination/entrance examination. This D.Ed. program will be admitted to the course based on the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination or through selection criteria of any kind fixed by the State Government.
