Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah Commerce College, Jorhat, was established in the year 1965 and now forms one of the premier educational institutions in the state of Assam, India. This co-educational college, located adjacent to the Circuit House on KB Road, has served for more than five decades. With accreditation from NAAC, it offers different commerce and management programmes. It is spread over an area of 6 acres. This has the ample environment for learning and attaining growth. The current total enrolment is 838, consisting of 577 males and 275 females. 

Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah Commerce College has a number of facilities to make the students' life in the campus more rewarding. The library, with 23,313 books and 6 journals, performs the role of a knowledge center with separate reading rooms for students and teachers. It is well-equipped with modern facilities like internet-connected computers and a bar code system for its proper management Girls' Hostel: With the historical Tinikunia Pukuuri alongside, the hostel accommodates 35 boarders in 12 uniquely named rooms. The campus has both indoor and outdoor game facilities, while an indoor stadium is under construction. It also has a well-equipped gymnasium, canteen and an auditorium which is constructed with the grants from RUSA. Moving with the times, the institution keeps good IT infrastructure and smart classrooms with ICT-enabled features.

Chandra Kamal Bezbarua Commerce College offers four full-time courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The UG courses of the college include B.Com, BBA, and B.Com (Hons), and at the PG level, it offers M.Com. 

Chandra Kamal Bezbarua Commerce College admission process is mainly based on merits; it is as such considered so that the deserving students' get an opportunity to pursue their respective courses.
