Chatrapati Shivaji Arts, Commerce and Science Degree College, Nipani set up in the year 2015 is an affiliated college of Shivaji University, Belagavi, Karnataka. This institution is a large one with a piece of land of 6.04 acres, approving various types of Bachelor’s programmes in humanities, commerce, and science streams. The college after its consolidation takes a total admission capacity of 159 students while the faculties need 242 and created favourable scenario of academic teaching learner ratio. 

Chatrapati Shivaji Arts, Commerce and Science Degree College currently offers several facilities that are specifically meant to complement the general college learning experience of students. The knowledge centre is what the library is a knowledge centre which has many academic resources. At present the B.Com course has the largest intake capacity of 120 students while the seat intake for BA is 60 and for B.Sc is 50.
