Chirang Polytechnic, Chirang: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Chirang Polytechnic is situated in Chirang, Assam and is a growing one as it was established only in 2020. This affiliated college approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is devoted to imparting technical education. Located at 21.48 acres of land, Chirang Polytechnic provides three diploma courses in engineering stream. With a faculty of eleven members, the institute wants to ensure that any learner did not leave unassisted, due to the large size of the institute’s population. I have been unable to obtain ranking data specific to this institution, being so young, it is however in the process of embarking on the Polytechnic mission in the region. 

The institute has got many amenities for the better provision of education to their learners as shown down. College library is an essential facet of learning needs and performs as an information center to supply varies forms knowledge to the students. LRD1 REALISING THE NEED OF PRACTICAL TRAINING, CHRIRANG POLYTECHNIC HAS ESTABLISHED DEPARTMENT WISE LABORATORIES FOR THE PRACTICAL SESSIONS WITH RESPECTIVE AREAS. Moreover, the college has provided outstanding IT facilities in every program, to equip students to meet the future challenges in the computerized world. Collectively these facilities foster environment that allows both theoretical as well as practical ability to be achieved.

As of now the Chirang Polytechnic run three full time diploma courses, all of which take three years to complete. The Couns offered include; Diploma in Agricultural engineering, Diploma in civil engineering, and Diploma in electrical engineering. Each program targets to recruit 60 students and therefore the total number of students to be enrolled over the five courses will be 180. These programs have been well fashioned in a way that will ensure students achieve mastery of their areas of specialization to be able to practice competently in the engineering market.
