City Nursing College, Gurdaspur, the institution was started in 2011, is one of the leading nursing colleges situated in Punjab, India. Set up in a small area of 3 acres, this college has an aggregate strength of 291 students and a horde of 58 faculties. Currently, City Nursing College offers four courses in nursing offered at four different levels – two degrees and two diploma courses. To support the hands-on practice the college has functional laboratories such as a Community Practice laboratory and Nursing Practice laboratory equipped with relevant tools, equipment and electronic appliances. It also has an auditorium for guest speakers and seminars, staff and student canteen, accommodation for guest faculty and their families, pro sports for over development.

The nursing courses offered at City Nursing College, Gurdaspur are as follows: Out of the four full time nursing courses offered four are in the Bacche- llate category. The assisted programme include two degree courses B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing two diploma course General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM).
