College of Engineering, Aranmula: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Aranmula College of Engineering established in 2014 at Pathanamthitta, Kerala is one of the affiliated College. This AICTE recognized college offers various under graduate and post graduate courses in engineering in its 25 acres big campus. This makes the student intake 365 and the faculty strength 27 thus making the college a focused one. It has 6 courses in 2 levels of degrees focusing in several engineering courses like Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, and some specialized courses like Cloud Computing, and Cyber Forensics.

Aranmula College of Engineering proudly has a resource directory of various facilities to make the student experience richer. This involves a centrally location library with ample stock of both hard and electronic text books, Periodicals and E-resources for learning purposes. In this regard, the college has functional labs with equipment for all department, and makes available functional laboratory for each branch of study. The B.Tech programmes take 4 Years where as the Diploma courses are 3 Years. All courses are available in full time mode as all the programmes here cater to the need of those students who want full on on campus education. The total approved intake for all the courses computed together is 360 students and thus the opportunities for intending engineers are numerous.

B.Tech programmes in College of Engineering, Aranmula follows the merit based of the marks secured in the entrance examination and plus two marks. KEAM also known as the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination is one of the entrance exams recognised by the college. For B.Tech, the college has the criterion of the rank secured by the student in the exam as well as the percentile score in plus two. This way there is a good follow up of the candidates and the assessment of their abilities is all rounded.
