College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Udaipur, popularly known as CVAS, is a veterinary college. This is one of the constituent colleges founded in 2007, which is Located at Navania, Vallabhnagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan. CVAS Udaipur is recognised by Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) and is spread across 553.516-acre campus, providing excellent education in Animal sciences. Diploma in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Health Technology is a two-year full-time programme that focuses on imparting on-the-job training in animal care.
Minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/BC category) in 10+2 examination in aggregate passed with Biology/Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English subjects.
The basic eligibility to seek admission in diploma in animal husbandry course is that the student must have passed 12th examination from a recognized board. Students must have studied Biology or Agriculture/ Physics/ Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and with minimum 50% marks as in aggregate.
The age requirements are a minimum of 17 years of age, and a maximum of 21 years of age.
you can opt for BVSc & AH (Bachelor's in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) course after you complete your Diploma in Veterinary Science.
