Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Punjabi University, Patiala.


Eligibility Criteria

  • A 40% mark in the aggregate in the case of students who have passed the 10+2 Commerce group. OR
  • A 45% mark in the aggregate in the case of students who have passed 10+2 in the Humanities group with at least two out of Commerce/ Accounts/Maths/ Economics/Management papers. OR
  • A 50% marks in the aggregate in case of students who have passed 10+2 but not covered under (a) and (b) above; OR
  • Students who opt for any one of the following Vocational subjects, in B.Com. Professional Part I should have passed with at least 50% marks, 10+2 examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto:
  • Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
  • Principle and Practice of Insurance.
  • Tax Procedure and Practice.
