CT Institute of Technology and Research, Jalandhar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

CT Institute of Technology and Research (CTITR), was set up in 2013, is affiliated college with University of Jammu situated in Jalandhar, Punjab. Located in a vast land of Three Acers, CTITR impart different engineering courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The current intake of the institute is 155 total and has approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). CTITR has tiny faculty strength of 30.

The following is a record of CTITR’s learning facilities to ensure optimal development of all students. The campus has both male and female hostels connected to the internet with recreational facilities. A library with sufficient/adequate book collection and current periodicals, magazines as well as electronic resources is a treasure trove of information. In total, the institute provides seven courses and all the courses which it provides are on the full time basis. These are five B.Tech programmes and two M.Tech programmes. The B.Tech programmes available at the university are in their fourth year, whereas, the M.Tech programmes offered is for two years. 

The admission process of students in CTITR depends on the course in question. The programmes offered by B.Tech require admission through the entrance exam known as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). It is a national level competitive examination that students aspiring to be engineers write, and is sat in both Physics and Mathematics from the secondary school syllabus, chemistry as well.
