CES College, Cuncolim Educational Society College of Arts and Commerce Salcete was founded in 1987 in Cuncolim, Goa. Goa University affiliated, Muslims to Co-educational junior college in South Goa, has NAAC ‘B’ Grade accreditation. Located in a 3 Acres campus CIDC- CES College provides education in undergraduate in Arts & Commerce streams. Currently, the college has a total of 551 students enrolled, 29 of which are faculty members; demographics, out of all the students only 34% are male while 66% are female.

The college has state of the art facilities aimed at improving the experience of the learning needs of the college students. It also provides computing facilities with internet connections that has played a role as an institution that supports academic work required by student and academics based on their needs. The research facilities include well equipped laboratories for departments with research interest and Information Technology Centre runs short term courses aside the conventional undergraduate programs. Trau-machers can indulge in both indoor and outdoor pursuits and the college actively promotes the sports to university, national and international standards. The campus has Wi-Fi internet connection throughout facilitating use of internet in computers in computer laboratories and library. 

CES College offers two undergraduate courses: Both of the programmes are of thee years duration , BA and B.Com (Hons). These full-time extent programs strive to equip a learner with adequate knowledge in his/her vocation. 

All admissions to CES College programs are based on merit, and all the candidates are to meet the set requirements for each course. From the case of the college, it adopted online application which most students found easy to apply.
