It is affiliated college based in Latur, Maharashtra providing a unique and comprehensive study of architecture. At the moment, the institute has only 8 students for enrolment and a faculty of 11 members which allow a fine student to the teacher ratio. The offerings of the college include only one course – the B.Arch, which is a five-year, full time programme . Intake of students approved is 40 for B.Arch programme and the college looks forward to build architects for tomorrow in an intimate atmosphere.
