DDR College of Education, Nellore: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

DDR College of Education, Nellore, was established in the year 2004. It is an affiliated college of SPSR Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. The college is co-educational and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The college is located in a 1 acre compact campus. The college is housed in a building that gives an appropriate learning atmosphere for prospective teachers. With 100 students total enrolment and having 8 faculty strength, DDR College of Education will look after all its students appropriately. The institution already offers one degree program specifically specialized in the education field; this is an indication of dedication to the future teaching professionals.

This college tries to enhance the student's learning experience from diverse facilities. It is a knowledge center that caters to all the academic needs of both the students and teachers. All the departments of this college are well equipped with laboratories, which ensures that practical work is carried out and experience gained. There is also an auditorium where functions and seminars are held to promote intellectual debate on cultural events. An institution must also have a cafeteria to refresh and socialize its staff and students.The sports facilities teach these students about the importance of physical fitness and build team spirit among themselves. They also have the facilities of guest room availability, which is very welcoming on the college's side. 

Only one study programme, the B.Ed full-time programme, which runs for two years is offered in DDR College of Education. This college would be able to give much emphasis to training and allocation of resources toward the production of quality teachers. In that regard, graduates are fully prepared to fulfill their future career roles in education. 

Merit will be the consideration basis of admission to all students seeking entry in any course into DDR College of Education under policies set in place by the state government, university, and even the UT administration. Therefore, all admissions shall take effect based on a student's marks in their qualification examination, an entrance exam or some other aptitude exam the college sees it fit with the person under consideration.
