Deendayal TT College, Sikar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Deendayal TT College Sikar was established in 2008 and is a co-educational college situated in Bari Fatehpur Shekhwati, Sikar Rajasthan. This affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is exclusively devoted to teacher training courses. Being a small college, spread over an area of 8 acres only, the college has altogether one full time course at present admitting 274 students in total. In keeping with its charter, the institute keeps the faculty strength at 13 members to give individual attention to students who are completed education degrees. 

Deendayal TT College has several special features that are projected to improving the learning outcomes of the students of the college. The library is a knowledge centre that provides a collection of books, journals, and others non-book in the area of education science and humanities. Science laboratory had all the necessary equipment imported and were kept as modern as possible due to ever changing course curriculum. The college also offers updated IT facilities, which the learners use in honing appropriate computer skills. With a view to maintaining the growth of each student in totality, there are both indoor and outdoor exercising amenities provided in the campus to make sure that the learners exercise adequate balance between their learning and exercise. The institution provides transport facilities for those students who attend classes from other study points by having buses to various points thus easing the process of education for students.

Deendayal TT College offers one primary course in the field of education, Bachelor of Education. It is a full time programme, and its normal expected time to complete is two years of study each. Constructed in the framework of preparing students for professional work in teaching and educational management, this programme consist of both the body of knowledge usually regarded as essential for the teaching profession and the abilities needed for the effective function in the educational sphere in the conditions of modern society.

Admission in Deendayal TT College like all other aspects of its working is done in compliance with the policy set by the Rajasthan State Government and the affiliated university. While the admission procedure for the B.Ed programme is merit based; students are considered based on the marks they scored in their relevant qualifying examinations or their performance in other entrance tests for the B. Ed. programme.
