Deepanshu Women's Degree College, Saharanpur, is a postgraduate affiliated college of Uttar Pradesh that was formed in 2006. This is a totally women-centric college that provides quality education in the teaching profession. The institute, approved by NCTE, offers two specialised courses in education. Situated in a small campus of 1.23 acres, Deepanshu Women's Degree College currently has 436 students and faculty members of 32 members. 

Various facilities are provided for the enrichment of students' learning through this college. The campus has the following facilities: The college boasts several amenities, ranging from an adequately equipped library holding over 7,455 books, 6,315 textbooks, and 1,263 reference books. There are also 20 Indian journals as well as 5 peer-reviewed journals subscribed to by the library. College laboratories have been aesthetically designed and are providing integral spaces for practical learning and research. Extracurricular activities and academic events are held in the air-conditioned auditorium of the college.

Deepanshu Women's Degree College offers two full-time education courses. B.Ed, approved for 200 intake; and D.El.Ed, intake approved for 50 seats. These courses should be able to give basic as well as professional training to the students for eventual roles as teachers over two years.

Admission at Deepanshu Women's Degree College is strictly based on merit, taking into consideration the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and entrance examination. Admissions to this college are ruled by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and affiliated university. To seek entry in the B.Ed programme, eligible candidates must have graduated or pursued post-graduation with minimum 50% marks. D.El.Ed requires passing 10+2 examinations usually.
