Degloor College, Degloor was established in 1963. It is located at Nanded in Maharashtra, and a sprawling campus extends over an area of 22 acres. It offers undergraduate and post-graduate courses to students. With a total strength of 1,885 students and 26 members on its faculty, it has been a successful place for academics as well as personal growth. The institution possesses accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. This reveals that the organisation is keen on quality education. 

The Degloor College has the following facilities, which add value towards the experience of students. The well-stocked library supports over 36 journals in print media and there are a huge number of e-journals as well as e-books supported through the N-LIST programme. Some of the best laboratories in physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, and computer science are available on campus which takes the hands-on learning experience to a different level. In addition to these, the college also offers both indoor and outdoor sports facilities which include grounds for kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball, etc., and various athletic events. The institution also houses a modern gymnasium that is free for the students. In addition to this, separate hostel facilities are also offered to boys as well as girls in order to accommodate out-of-town students. 

The college provides an extensive range of academic programme consisting of 11 full-time courses and 6 research programmes. BA, B.Com and B.Sc are the undergraduate courses, and postgraduate programmes in the college have MA in a number of subjects and M.Sc in Chemistry. The Doctoral programmes in the disciplines of Public Administration, Botany, Marathi, Political Science, Chemistry are offered by the college. The total intake capacity of students in all its courses is 1,515. The college had a major intake of graduates during the latest academic year, thereby reinforcing its image as an incubator for future professionals.
