Delhi College of Studies got affiliation in 2004. It is located in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and functions as a co-educational college. The college is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education, ensuring the quality of teacher education. The college caters to three specialised courses under education for desiring teachers and professionals in physical education. The Delhi College of Studies normally fulfils its function of a teacher-training college by strengthening the prospective base for teachers in the region.

Lastly, the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme takes 50 students and is oriented towards the training of teachers in primary education. The admission process at Delhi College of Studies is designed to select the most suitable candidates for its programmes. Admission will be done strictly on merit basis arising out of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. A B.P.Ed course, being professional in nature, calls for a detailed selection procedure like a written test, sports proficiency test, physical fitness test, and academic merit.
