Dev Polytechnic College, Kharkar, Jind, Haryana was established in 2010 as an affiliated institution. The college is approved by AICTE and imparts diploma courses in the field of engineering. The campus is spread over 5 acres, with an student enrolment of 254 and a faculty strength of 19 members. The college offers four full-time diploma courses, each of three years duration: Civil Engineering, Medical Lab Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The college has various amenities for the academic and personality development of students. A well-stocked library is provided as a knowledge hub, departmental laboratories for hands-on practical experience.
