Dev Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan, Tonk: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Dev Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan was established in 2007 as an affiliated college in Tonk, Rajathan. Located in Modi ki Choki, Civil Line it is an open co-educational institution dedicated to teacher training and having a good leaning towards quality education. The college has got all its courses accredited by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) this is in a bid to uphold quality standard education. Even if college admits 186 students in total, the college is capable of providing focused education to the students who intend to build a career in teaching.

Dev Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan has produced a list of amenities with the intent of improving student experience and enabling their performance in college. Sport-loving people will find the college well equipped with sporting amenities since the facilities can be used for exercise and even forming teams. The college also has an auditorium for academic and cultural purposes which if frequently used for seminars, presentations among others. The library remains as a noble body interested in the well being of its students by providing them additional learning materials to support their learning process. A teacher trainees can practice in the colleges well equipped laboratories according to their respective department. The HSE is upheld with the health centre where the first aid facilities are offered to the members. The college meets the modern economy needs and integrate modern technologies in learning by having adequate and well developed IT facilities. Dev Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan currently offers one primary course: The B.Ed is a Bachelor of Education program, recognised in many countries of the Commonwealth. This two year full time course is designed for the professional training of teachers in order to produce competent teachers in our Schools. In as many as one hundred seats are affiliated to the B.Ed programme, and the affiliated capacity is in consonance with the capabilities of the college to foster a sufficient number of prospective teachers annually.
