Devchand Dalsingar Bhartiya Vidhyapith College Ghazipur, was set up in the year 2005 is an affiliated college established in Ghazipur of Uttar Pradesh, India. , the institution is located at a sprawling 6 acre campus and is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college has a total strength of 1,458 students strength and 39 faculties, and it offers 13 courses in six degree programs. The institute offers a wide array of specialization areas such as Education, Physics, Chemistry, Sociology, Home Science and Geography at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels each. The college has an adequately endowed library as one of the significant components of the learners’ learning resources. 

The library has large number of modern books of different subjects; for reader, the library has a reading hall. While being most proud of this facility, the institution allows economical and meritorious students borrow books for the semester. This is one of the initiatives that best show that the college supports the principles of inclusion. Furthermore, the college has subject-based laboratory to enhance practical lessons and research endeavors. Devchand Dalsingar Bhartiya Vidhyapith College provides a range of programs of study 13 full time programs both undergraduate and post graduate level. The course is taught over different fields of Science, Arts, Education, and professional fields. The B.Ed program which is one of the flagship Courses of the institute is enabled to recruit a hundred students. Other common course offered are the ones offered in other universities as B.Sc, BA, MA in various faculties (Hindi, Sociology, Home Science, Geography among others), MSCE in zoology, botany, mathematics, physics chemistry among others. It also teaches the D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) program, which adds to the colleges ample educational array. 

The criteria for admittance to this institute is based on marks scored in Devchand Dalsingar Bhartiya Vidhyapith College admission test and other entrance examination. However, for some of the programs such as D.El.Ed, students are admitted in accordance to the policy of the respective state government and this may require the student to write entrance examination or sit for other tests.
