Devta Mahavidhyalaya, Morna was established in the year 2000. It is an affiliated college located in Noorpur, Uttar Pradesh. The courses it offers are as many as 46 across 9 degrees, viz. It has a campus with an area of 9.573 acres and educates all its students with quality education. The NCTE-approved college has a total student enrolment of 2,475, with a faculty of 25 dedicated teachers.

Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry with 760 seats. At the postgraduate level, the college offers courses in M.A. in Hindi, English, Geography, and Sociology, and M.Sc. in Chemistry and Mathematics. There are also specialized courses, like B.Ed, D.El.Ed, and MSW, for students keenly interested in either education or social work as a career. 

Admission in Devta Mahavidhyalaya is primarily based on merit; that is, marks obtained in the qualifying examinations. The admissions to undergraduate courses are made directly by the college based on merit. Postgraduate admissions are based on the academic performance of the graduation of the respective bachelor's degrees by the college. Some of the courses for B.Ed and D.El.Ed may consider results of the entrance examination; some other courses may be followed in the admission procedure as per the state government or university policy.
