Dhing College, Nagaon, was established in 1965. It is an affiliated college. This is a co-educational institute located at Dhing, Assam. The area coverage is 30 acres, and undergraduate courses are provided in various disciplines. The institute is NAAC accredited with 49 faculty and has 1,096 students on its rolls. The institute offers 22 courses across 7 degrees with specialisations in Arts, Science, and Commerce. There are 18 full time courses under the umbrella of Dhing College which distributes different sets of UG programme across its various disciplines. Under this institute, the student will be conferred with Bachelor in Arts (B.A), Bachelor in Science (B.Sc), Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) degrees along with special majors in subjects like Zoology, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, Political Science, History, Geography, Education, Economics, Assamese, Bengali and English. Apart from these, college has also reserved a BCA: Bachelor in Computer Applications programme.
