DIPSER College of Education for Women established in the year on 2001 is an education institution started for women students in Deoghar Jharkhand. This affiliated college is situated in the Bompas Town and has the area of 1 acres and its specialization is education. NAAC accredited and NCTE recognized DIPSER has marked its specialization in teacher education. This college has 536 students and 28 qualified members of faculty.

The institution provides three full-time programs: B.Ed course Bachelor of Education, M.Ed Master of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education i.e D.El.Ed.
