About District Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Ratlam

District Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital is one of the famous institutions situated in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh started in 1981. This affiliated college is one of the Homeopathy Colleges which are recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH) thus offering the quality education in the specialised field of concern. The institute has three courses which are provided on two degree levels, for 239 students’ intake in total. The indian colleges were running by faculty of 50 members which help the colleges to maintain reasonable strength of student teacher ratio.

This college has a number of amenities to facilitate learning in order to meet the needs of the students. A rich equipped library is the knowledge centre which offers varied source of medical books and journals. Consequently, with regard to the students health facilities that promote sporting activities are provided for within the compound. The college also sustains an IT structure that is required by the contemporary college education systems. An auditorium is provided on the site of the company to hold meetings and seminars and any other event. There are separate hostels for boys and girls to accommodate he out station students in the campus.

District Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital totally has three full time courses are available. These include one Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Bachelor Surgery and two Master of Homeopathic Medicine and Bachelor Surgery programs. The BHMS program has the maximum number of seat with one hundred whereas each of the two MD programs; MD Practice of Medicine and MD Homoeopathic Materia Medica has three seats.
