Dnyandeep College of Science and Commerce, Khed, was established in 2009 as a constituent college set up amidst the verdant landscape of the picturesque town of Khed in the state of Maharashtra. The college covers a compact campus of 4.825 acres that houses both academic acumen and modern amenities Dnyandeep College has an enrolment strength of 236 students with a faculty count of 17.

Facilities offered by the college range from sporting fields to cafeteria facilities. Adequate research and learning environment is created by a richly stocked library containing 2,794 books, 13 Indian journals, 3 encyclopedias, and 24 periodicals. Robust IT infrastructure supports 50 computers equipped with 31 stand-alone units and 19 computers hooked to a central server. Department-specific laboratories have been provided for practical learning. The campus being Wi-Fi-enabled ensures that the students are never out of the digital world in this digital age. Besides the academic learning, Dnyandeep College offers its student base facilities for comprehensive development in the form of a gymnasium to keep the students fit, sports facilities, and an auditorium for cultural events and seminars. 

Dnyandeep College of Science and Commerce has 5 full-time courses under both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. There are three programs for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Hospitality Studies; a Bachelor of Commerce; and a Master of Commerce program.
