Doda College of Education, Doda: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Doda College Of Education was started in year 2018 under section 2(f)& 12(B) of the UGC act 1956 situated at Tondwah Doda district in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The object of this school is co-educational and is meant to deliver quality as it relates to the area of teaching. The college occupies 1.7 acres of land and provides the B.Ed programme with a total enrolment capacity of eighty-four students. Currently, the college has 11 faculty members to teach all the students, thus providing appropriate student, teacher ratio thus addressing the need of would be teachers.

The Doda College Of Education has all the requirements for the extra curricula activities in order to support the students throughout their college life. The facility is more important as a source of reference material needed for research among other uses. For the health related needs, there are sporting amenities which help in moderation of student’s educational activities. The college also has a transport facility that can overcome transportation issues of both the college students and employees. Sciences practicals are as follows. The laboratories are well equipped for teaching and learning activities; Events, seminars and other programmes are as follows: The auditorium is well designed for these activities.

Doda College of Education currently offers one full-time course, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This programme takes two years to complete and is expected to equip a student with the skills required to teach in school.

The admission process in Doda College of Education is completely based on Merits as well as according to the marks scored in Qualifying/Entrance Test. The college takes admission policy of the state government of Jammu and Kashmir and the university to which college is affiliated.
