Dr. Ram manohar lohia institute of medical science lucknow will be better option than LLRM Meerut. This college infrastructure and academics are really good as compare to LLRM Meerut. Even faculties are having sound knowledge of subject and they are very supportive to students.

I think you have been mistaken somewhere.
Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar Engineering College , Bijnor does not have MBBS degree . It is not a medical college . The courses offered here are with more information can be found in -

Now, with a Tripura domicile you can only apply in colleges in Tripura through state quota ,nowhere else . For seats in states you need to go for AIQ.

You surely can get MBBS in further rounds of counseling by applying for upgradation. After first counseling there are a lot of seats available to get admission in that's why second round is conducted. Also whether you'll get a seat or not also depends upon whether the college you have upper in your choice list has empty seats or not. Hello Chetan, upsee test is organized by this college so it's for sure that this college take admission on the basis of upsee score. Now of you are late in applying then seat might be taken by other students. Or if you are an outsider then you will not be able for applying to government college. Not at all dear, 568 was the cutoff marks for General category last year which was equivalent to an AIQ rank of 4641 which was the last to get admission in Babasaheb Ambedkar Medical College New Delhi. Your rank is way away than that score. Even getting private MBBS colleges is much difficult for you at this rank if you are from GENERAL CATEGORY.
