Dr CV Raman College of Administration and Network Sciences, Davangere, Karnataka, was started in the year 2004 and it is an affiliated college. Perhaps the oldest school in the region, this institution is located right behind the Rural Police Station along College Road. At the moment, the college presents two undergraduate programmes and has a student population of 243 with 8 faculty staffs. The college aims to give a quality education in the fields of administration and network sciences.

Among the facilities available in the college is a list that was established to facilitate learning among the student. The library serves as a centre of knowledge, operating from 9:from 30 AM to 5;30 PM of all the class days. It is relatively easy to have access to well-equipped sports facilities at Dr. CV Raman College of Engineering since they contain both indoors and outdoors fields. There is provision for table tennis, chess, carrom, and shuttle badminton, while the large play area offers cricket, volley ball, and throw ball. The college also intends to develop tennis, basketball and football courts in the long-run future of the college. There is a full-time Physical Director to encourage students in various sports and physical activities such as games and construction of team spirit.

Dr. CV Raman College of Administration and Network Sciences offers two full-time undergraduate courses. Students can get into the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Each of the programmes has a duration of three years.
