Dr. L. H. Hiranandani College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2004. It is an affiliated college of University of Mumbai, which is one of the premier institutes in pharmaceutical education. It has facilities for graduate and postgraduate studies, including B.Pharma, M.Pharma, and Ph.D. It is a private institution. This college spreads over a 3-acre campus, with an overall enrolment of 412 students and has 32 faculty members. It is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India; hence, it ensures quality education in the field of pharmacy.

The institution provides a learning environment within its campus, fully equipped with all modern facilities. There is a fully computerised library on the first floor, using E-Granthalay Software and bar code technology for book management. Students have access to well-equipped laboratories with quality instruments and centralised vacuum systems. An up-to-date computer centre with 20 computers and 20 MBPS internet connectivity is available. Extracurricular activities are also provided with sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games at DLHHCOP, a gym, and an auditorium for events and seminars.

DLHHCOP offers 6 courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The undergraduate program includes B.Pharma and at the PG level, the institute offers M.Pharma in four fields of study; Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, and Quality Assurance. There is a Ph.D. course in Pharmaceutics offered for research enthusiasts. All programs are full-time and offer great depth and practical experience.

Admission to these programmes will be through entrance test GPAT for the postgraduate courses. For B.Pharma the college follows the admission guidelines of the University of Mumbai. This Ph.D. programme is open to candidates who clear a common entrance test. Then a personal interview will be conducted for those who are shortlisted based on their performance.
