EMRC at Devi Ahilya University in Indore is a postgraduate centre for media studies and research exclusively focused on education in media. This constituent college was founded in 1991 and is situated in the infrastructure capital of India, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The centre offers three distinct programmes. an integrated M.Sc. in Electronic Media, MBA in Media Management and PhD in Electronic Media. EMRC aims to prepare the students who want to build a career in a technologically advanced media and multimedia management world.

Degree wise Admission Process
M.Sc Electronic Media Integrated: It is a representative program of EMRC with an intake capacity of 50 seats. This program is available through Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG). Students who have graduation degree in concerned disciplines can apply. Since it is an integrated program, training is being provided fully in electronic media.
MBA Media Management: EMRC has 40 seats for its MBA in Media Management. The entry process for this program is also via the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG). This program is meant for graduates who aspire to specialize in media management and acquire industry-focused skills.
Ph.D Electronic Media: For Ph.D. courses, admissions are held by EMRC through the Doctoral Entrance Test (DET) conducted by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. The course is appropriate for students with a research approach towards electronic media. Seats may differ depending on the availability of supervisors and research topics.
