Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology (EIET) was started in 1999. The institute is located in Patelguda Village, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District in the new state of Telangana. Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology offers programmes in the stream of Engineering, Management and Computer Applications. The college has 155 highly committed and well-experienced faculty members who provide conducive learning atmosphere for the students.

Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology provides modern facilities to provide good experience learning atmosphere to students. One of the key component of the campus facilities is well stocked library with a collection of more than 24500 volumes of textbooks and reference books. The college has subscription of svarious national and international journals and periodicals. Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology also provides modern, departmental and well-equipped laboratory that enables students to get practical skills.The institute also offers hostel facilities for both boys and girls with all the necessary facilities.

Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology offers Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, BCA, BBA, M.E/M.Tech, MBA and MCA courses. The B.Tech courses are offered in the branches of  Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. 

The admission process of Elenki Institute of Engineering and Technology is based on merit of entrance examination  For the admission to the four year B.Tech programmes, the candidate are required to appear in TS EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture Medicals Common Entrance Test) examination held by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Admission is strictly basedon merit obtained and reservation policy followed by the institute for the different categories. For admission to M.Tech courses candidates are required to obtain valid score in TS PGECET entrance examination. Admissionn to MBA and MCA courses is based on scores of TSICET entrance examination. The institute accepts scores of TS POLYCET for admission to diploma courses.
