Faculty of Commerce, GLS University, Ahmedabad is a co-educational college affiliated to the campus of Gujarat University, established in 1999 as a premier institution in commerce education in the country. NAAC has assessed and accredited the institute. The faculty spreads in an 8-acre campus with the strength of 3,941 students in the whole and faculty of 34 members.

Many state-of-the-art facilities are available in the Faculty of Commerce to help students achieve their goal of enhancing learning experience. There is a well-equipped and fully computerized library available in the campus, which is provided with INFLIBNET and other e-resources facilities. The college is also equipped with a most modern computer lab where classes on 'Computerized Accounting' are held for first-year students. The entire campus has the facility of an extremely high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi network, thus, enabling learning beyond the confines of the traditional classrooms. It also hosts an on-campus medical centre with a qualified doctor and an international-class gymnasium to support its health and wellness.

The Faculty of Commerce undertakes four full-time courses: B.Com (Hons), M.Com, B.Com Accounting and Financial Technology (Hons), and the integrated B.Com and MBA programme. It will give the students a great base in commerce, and at the same time, ensure that the students have a good career in business. By the nature of things, BCom (Hons) is an undergraduate three-year course and by the nature of things Mcom is a two-year post-graduate course. On the other hand, the three-year specialized programme is BCom in Accounting and Financial Technology (Hons), and the Integrated B.Com and MBA offers a comprehensive five-year curriculum.
