Gandogi Memorial National College also known as GMN, Ambala was established in the year 1948. This affiliated college is based at Ambala Cantonment in the 9 acres located in Haryana state. It is accredited with National Assessment and accreditation council. It has 18 courses in 10 degree programs with 1459 students. This institute follows a decent teacher-student ratio maintained with a strength of 48 faculty members at this institute.  

The well-developed infrastructure is one of the main strengths of the college as it improves the learning process for the students. It means that the library has all chances to become a source of knowledge because it can provide access to a vast number of books, periodicals, and digital sources. Academic course offered at GMN Ambala; a total of eighteen courses: Full time Under graduate = fifteen Full time post graduate three Among them, the popular undergraduate programs include B. Sc Medical, B. Sc Non-Medical, B.Com, B. Com Hons, BBA, BCA, and other BA courses. It also has specialised honours courses for English and Political Science. Of the postgraduate courses, the college offers M.Com, MA in English and Political Science, and M.Sc in Mathematics. Since there are thousands of classes offered to students, the students are given a good chance of following their preferred areas of study and select proper jobs as well.
