Ganpati Institute of Hotel Management, Yamuna Nagar: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Ganpati Institute of Hotel Management is one of the most popular educational institutes that came into being in the academic year of 2007 with its campus situated in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. This affiliated college is constructed on a 2.5-acre campus with the express goal of offering specialized programs in hotel management and education. GIHM is approved by AICTE and NCTE, which ensures that quality gets infused into its education and industry-relevant curriculum. With an enrolment of 200 students, the faculty strength of 18 provides an ideal learning atmosphere for hospitality professionals and educators.

Students are provided with all modern facilities on campus. Separate hostels for boys and girls with air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms are available and equipped with all facilities. The GIHM library is a learning hub with a huge repository of 40,000 books, periodicals, and research material, fully computerized. For the sports and fitness-lovers, the institute offers both indoor and outdoor sports facilities, including multi-gym and a multitude of courts for a variety of games such as badminton, basketball, and cricket. This campus is Wi-Fi enabled, where students and staff move around without any connectivity problem. Besides, GIHM has the well-equipped health centers and laboratories for practical learning.

GIHM offers a total of three full-time courses, each catering to different aspects of hospitality management and education. The programs running under the academic portfolio of the institute include a 4-year BHMCT, 3-year DHMCT, and 2-year B.Ed. program. 

The admission process at GIHM shall be made on merit basis in the B.Ed course according to the policy of the State Government and University, by considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. BHMCT and DHMCT admissions, merit-based admission may be followed in these programs as well, with additional consideration possibly of relevant entrance exam scores.
