Gautam Buddha Mahavidyalaya, Gorakhpur was established in 2014. The college is a private college and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is an affiliated college of the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. Gautam Buddha Mahavidyalaya, Gorakhpur courses are available at the undergraduate level. The UG programmes available are the B.Ed and B.A. programmes. 

The duration of the B.Ed course is two years whereas the B.A. programme has a course duration of three years. Candidates aspiring to be admitted to the college need to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria. Candidates must have passed graduation or a master’s degree with relevant marks in a relevant discipline for B.Ed admissions.
