GBM College, Gaya was established in 1953 in the state of Bihar, India. This constituent college spread over 2.33 acres, offers various undergraduate programs in the stream of arts and science. GBM College, accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, NAAC, has a total student enrollment of 1,432 and a faculty of 22 dedicated individuals. The college, exclusively meant for female students, offers 19 courses, which are distributed in 5-degree programs.

The facilities provided within a college campus are many and help improve the learning experience of students. The library has been furnished with all the amenities where students can learn a lot through self-study and research. Advanced labs on the campus ensure that the practical needs of the science courses are met with proper hands-on learning experience. The college has a gym and extensive sports facilities, encouraging participation in all indoor and outdoor games for physical fitness and recreation. At the same time, the IT infrastructure is excellently developed with a computer lab consisting of high-configuration systems connected to the internet to facilitate digital learning. GBM College offers a wide variety of full-time undergraduate courses. In total, there are 19 courses which include a BA with multiple subject options in honours, a B.Sc in Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, etc., and, a B.Com.

The admissions at the GBM College, Gaya is done based on the academic performance of students in the qualifying examinations. There are special provisions for extra-curricular development through NSS—National Service Scheme—and NCC—National Cadet Corps—thereby helping in personal growth beyond classroom studies.
