UPTU 3000 gen rank can i get iet with cs

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in the earlier rounds of counselling in IET Lucknow. Even in the later rounds of counselling if you are able to get a seat in IET even then getting CS or IT will still be very difficult. Although you can try in spot round where you might have a chance of getting a seat of your preference. Hope this helps.

I got 212 marks in upsee my general rank is 4365 and girl rank is 2038 can i got IET,KNITandBIET

Yes based on your rank there is some chance to get any of these Colleges. But it is rare. But you can apply for many other government Colleges:
1. Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur
2. Rajkiya Engineering College Sohnbhadra
3. Lucknow University
4. Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj
5. Bundelkhand University Jhansi
These are the government Colleges where you can get admission easily in any branch. You can also look for top private Colleges of UPTU. As you have scored good rank in UPSEE you can get admission in these Colleges based on your rank:

I wanted to know about the placement at Sri Devi institute of engineering and technology at Tumkur

Hello Muskan,

The college Shri Devi Institute of Engineering and Technology at Tumkur offers good placements to the students who apply for admissions to the college. The college has a good staff and the faculty makes sure that the student gets a quality education. The college organises a number of training classes for job placements. Various technical seminars are also organised to allow the student some insight into the working of the companies. The companies come to the college and offer job and good salary packages to the students.

hii...my general rank is 751 and girl rank is 325 in UPSEE MBA 2019..Can i get ICCMRT or IET...and among 2 which i should choose

Hi Shreya,

It might be quite difficult for you to get a seat in Institute of Engineering & Technology,Lucknow as their cutoff is expected to be a bit higher. However there are 50-50% chances that you may get a seat in Institute Cooperative & Corporate Research & Traning,Lucknow as you are almost on the borderline of expected cutoff. Talking about Institute of Co-operative and Corporate Management, Research and Training, Lucknow is a good college. Placements are decent with highest package being aroun 6 LPA and average package around 3-4 LPA with companies like ICICI, Karvy, HDFC, RSPL, Godrej, LIC, etc. visiting the campus for placements.

Which better for me-sgsits branch ece and iet davv branch cs

Hello Kuldeep Raghuwanshi,

See , their is no need to compare CSE or IT here because both are almost the same and all the companies allow both branches to sit for placement. So they are same from Placements point of view and opportunity point of view.

So the basic comparison now is between GSITS and IET placement opportunities. Basically most of the companies visiting in both the colleges are almost same. But Thier are a few good companies that visit GSITS and not Iet.

Let me mention some companies that visited last year to both campuses.

Wipro, Infosys, TCS , Accenture, Cognizant, Amdocs, Delloite, Musigma, Capgemini, Impetus,Adobe, Snapdeal, Barclays, Cybage, Persistent, Tata technologies, Cappilary.

Now the other companies coming to Sgsits but not to Iet are-

SAP labs, Ittiyam systems,Future first Info solutions.

So you can see Placements at IET are at par with GSITS.

Note- The companies mentioned here have actually been to these colleges last year, intact I have the official placement document of both the colleges with me.

which is good cs for mmmut or civil engineering in iet or it in knit?

Hi Divyanshu, In my opinion, the priority of a student should be branch. Choose that college which can offer you your preferred branch. Colleges above have medium difference in quality with IET being the better one.

If you like coding and stuff, you should take CSe at MMMUT GORAKHPUR.
